I just bought a new home and need some ceiling fans. Can I buy directly from you?
We’re sorry, Westwind Products Inc. does not sell our Vendor's current and/or active SKUS, as this would be in direct competition with our retailers. However, Westwind Products will show monthly promotions, close outs, and discontinued items for sale on our website, after these close outs and discontinued SKUS have been offered to our retail customers first. Shop our current close-outs.

What are your close-out models?

WestWind Products' "close-outs" or discontinued models are also available. We offer discounts from our original cost of goods from the manufactuer. Qualifying for purchasing requires you to be a store front retailer, Dealer, Design Center, or Showroom. Our close-outs are NEW fans in their original package, fully warranteed, and will be unvailable in the future once sold. Shop our current close-outs.

How do I find out whether you have a specific model in stock?
Contact us at customerservice@westwindproducts.com or 1.888.353.9050 for more information regarding our e-commerce website where you can check availability, by SKU or model number, on inventory from our Vendors.

What are your freight costs?
Westwind Products ships ceiling fans all over the USA. Freight factors must be added into the cost of each fan. We utilize Federal Express or the shipper of your choice.

How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed directly through WestWind Products E-Commerce electronically, or you may verbally call in to the WestWind Products customer service to 1.888.353.9050.

I want to make it easier for my customers to select the right fan. Can you help?
Yes! Westwind Products will provide ceiling fan product CD’s from each vendor so you may provide images or obtain web access to these ceiling fan vendors we represent. We have created a reference image CD that shows the BEST SELLERS from each Ceiling Fan Supplier. A great guideline to assist consumers.

What do I need to know as a Dealer?
As a Dealer, Retailer, or Showroom, Design Center, you may purchase several brand name ceiling fans such as Hunter, Emerson, Fanimation, Tommy Bahama, and WestWind Products. All that Westwind Products inventories and represents at a combined PPD of $2000, with wholesale pricing, Westwind Products, can ship directly to any retail locations in the Continental USA.

Should you currently order individual PPD's from each seperate vendor stated above and have inventory that hasn't sold, then your future option is to utilize a national ceiling fan wholesaler to inventory for you. Keep your R.O.I aimed at products that turn quickly. Limit orders to what you have sold and not what you anticipate to sell. WestWind Products will provide volume quotes on specific jobs or projects.

As an Internet Retailer, Showroom, or Design Center, WestWind Products can ship directly to you or your customers. Your established cost ot goods or level of purchasing will be competitive. You will not need to purchase PPD inventories, only what your customers order through us. Shipping costs are added on to each item ordered. Their in no minimum order requirements when shipping is added on to the cost of each item ordered. WestWind Products inventories for you and ships your choice of Vendor's product.

WestWind Products can email or fax your company a credit application. You will be provided an account number upon credit approval. A Tax number will be required or tax will be applied to all cost of goods. A dollar amount of purchase allowance will be establiahed based on your credit level. As a Dealer, what are your display options?

With regard to WestWind Products displays Westwind Products provides displays at 50% from your competitive cost level. There is no inventory required from any ceiling fan vendor. With regard to Hunter, Emerson, Fanimation, and Tommy Bahama all displays requested are at your net cost level. The options we can offer in that regard is the purchase (5) of each design, get (1) free for display. With Westwind Products Ceiling fans we offer purchase (3), of each design SKU, and receive, (1) free, for display. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL AND DISCUSS.
